Benjamin was born in Hong Kong and immigrated to B.C., Canada with his family at a young age. Prior to becoming a Notary Public, Benjamin has worked as a legal assistant and conveyancer in a law office for over 8 years, and has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience in handling real estate transactions. While working in the law office, Benjamin also studied and obtained his Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Legal Studies from Simon Fraser University.
With an interest in the legal profession and a desire to serve the community, Benjamin enrolled in and completed the Notary Public Education Program, which is accredited by Simon Fraser University and the Society of Notaries Public of British Columbia. He graduated with a Master of Arts degree in Applies Legal Studies (MAALS) and was the recipient of the 5th Annual Simon Fraser University Award in recognition of achieving the highest marks in the MAALS Program. He also successfully completed the practical Notary training and was commissioned as a Notary Public in and for the Province of British Columbia by the Supreme Court of B.C.
Benjamin is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. With a passion to serve the community, Benjamin is committed to apply his knowledge and experience to provide professional non-contentious legal services to the public. Benjamin looks forward to serving you with integrity, quality and care.
